most valued service users, Alan Cooper.
The testimony provided to Shopmobility Sheffield reads:
I have been using Shopmobility for the last four years.
I have always found the staff and volunteers to be friendly,
efficient and helpful.
The mobility scootas have consistently been clean and well
maintained. If I have ordered a scoota in advance it has
always been ready for me to use, and if required a parking
space for my vehicle.
The disabled toilet facilities are excellent, clean, with
plenty of soap and hot water. Very welcome after an
afternoon shopping.
Equally welcome is the hot drink offered when I come in
cold during the winter months.
Shopmobility has enabled me to return to the city centre
shops that I have not been able to access for some years.
I would like to give my thanks to all staff and volunteers
at 'Eldon Street' and 'The Markets' for giving me back
